Autumn Morning Mist Meditation

Start your day with a moment of quiet reflection with the view of a garden, the sound of the rain gently falling and the birds chirping to feel energized and ready for what the day will bring. Breathe… in to the count of seven, hold, and exhale to the count of seven. Repeat two more times. Let tension fade and feel yourself become light. Let your mind clear and open yourself to hum of the morning, the sound of the rain, the chirping of the birds. Feel light and timeless. Allow yourself to float and drift. And when you are ready to return, take a big deep breath in, hold, exhale and feel energized to start your day.
